Speaking from my own experiences I’ve found smoking to be a real problem especially when the casinos become busy. It’s a known fact that most heavy gamblers seem to be heavy smokers too, and at times the smoke will become unbearable. Despite air conditioning and the extractor fans in operation the smoke never generally clear safely.
