Before bulk print children’s book, something we have to attention. To ensure that to make sure good quality printing your children’s book.

1. Blending ink

As an example, we should check the color of a lot of it first. When there is deviation, the hardcover children’s book printing quality will be affected. When there is a certain among the ink color as well as the product design draft. Allow us to check whether or not the ink is correctly mixed first. After which adjust it according to the specific situation.

When the ink color is just too deep, you can include an appropriate quantity of inking oil or white ink to neutralize. So as to achieve the desired color.

2. Adjust viscosity

Before mass printing, we should adjust the printing viscosity based on the depth from the printing plate. Within this process, no water needs to be added into the ink, so long as new ink with consistent viscosity is added. Which could effectively maintain the consistency of the identical batch of patterns and colours. Thus improving children’s book printing quality.

3. Do a sufficient job of inspection

Before mass printing, look into the printing plate carefully. As the printing plate maybe move slightly once the printing machine is rotate rapidly. In this process, the printing plate is vulnerable to slight deviation. That can lead to what we should often call “inaccurate overprint”. Thus, the operator should check the transfer position of the pattern for inaccurate overprint many times during the transfer process. And if found, adjust it in time before do mass production of children’s book printing.

4. Pay awareness of the change of printing plate and machine

Focus on whether the small dot of light adjustment in the shiny section of the printing plate is worn. Whether or not the printing plate has scratches. Whether or not the printing plate is loose. And pay attention to the abnormalities that may occur throughout the operation from the printing machine. In case there is any abnormality, steer clear of the machine for maintenance over time and switch the parts if needed.

Normally before mass production, children’s book printer is going to do a proof sample book for the confirmation first. If need any change, they will improve then move on with mass production.
